Description

Cell-permeable. A selective NOD1 (nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain 1) inhibitor. Selectively inhibits NOD1-dependent activation of NF-kB in HEK293 cells (IC₅₀ = 0.56±0.04 µM). Displays high selectivity (>36-fold) over MDP-stimulated signaling in reporter cell lines containing both endogenous and overexpressed NOD2 proteins or TNF-⍺-induced NF-kB activation.
