Description
MOCS1 Antibody (C-term) [APR08474G] | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H, M
Specificity: This MOCS1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 462-490 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human MOCS1.
Cellular Localisation: N/A
Molecular Weight: 70105
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: MOCS1
Gene ID: 4337
Function: Isoform MOCS1A and isoform MOCS1B probably form a complex that catalyzes the conversion of 5'-GTP to cyclic pyranopterin monophosphate (cPMP) . MOCS1A catalyzes the cyclization of GTP to (8S) - 3', 8-cyclo-7, 8-dihydroguanosine 5'-triphosphate and MOCS1B catalyzes the subsequent conversion of (8S) -3', 8-cyclo-7, 8-dihydroguanosine 5'- triphosphate to cPMP.
Summary: Tissue Location: Isoform MOCS1A and isoform 2 are widely expressed.
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Application: WB, IHC-P
Dilution: WB--1:1000 IHC-P--1:100~500
