Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies

Host: Rabbit

Species Reactivity: M

Specificity: This MOZ/MYST3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1319-1351 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human MOZ/MYST3.

Cellular Localisation: Nucleus. Nucleus, nucleolus. Nucleus, nucleoplasm. Nucleus, PML body. Note=Recruited into PML body after DNA damage

Molecular Weight: 225028

Clone: Polyclonal

Gene Name: KAT6A

Gene ID: 7994

Function: Histone acetyltransferase that acetylates lysine residues in histone H3 and histone H4 (in vitro) . Component of the MOZ/MORF complex which has a histone H3 acetyltransferase activity. May act as a transcriptional coactivator for RUNX1 and RUNX2. Acetylates p53/TP53 at 'Lys-120' and 'Lys-382' and controls its transcriptional activity via association with PML.

Summary: N/A

Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.

Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
