Background:

Creative Biogene Mycoplasma Hominis (MH) Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of Mycoplasma Hominis (MH) in genital swabs or urine samples by using real time PCR systems. Mycoplasma hominis is a species of bacteria in the genus Mycoplasma. M. hominis has the ability to penetrate the interior of human cells. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Mycoplasma Hominis. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
