Description
Nampt-IN-1 is a potent and selective NAMPT (Nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase) inhibitor. Displays potent anticancer properties. NAMPT is found to be upregulated in various cancer cells and inhibition of NAMPT leads to depletion of NAD+ which leads to low levels of ATP resulting in attenuation of proliferating cancer cells.
