NDUFA9 polyclonal Antibody | BS5817 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:1000
Background: NDUFA9 (NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 9, mitochondrial) is also named as NDUFS2L, CI-39kD and belongs to the complex I NDUFA9 subunit family. It is involved in stabilizing the junction between membrane and matrix arms of complex I, a late assembly step critical for complex I biogenesis and activity.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: NDUFA9 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of NDUFA9 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 39 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 9, mitochondrial; Complex I-39kD; CI-39kD; NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase 39 kDa subunit; NDUFS2L
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 129-174 of Human NDUFA9.
