Description
Nedaplatin is an analog of platinum-based anti-cancer drugs such as carboplatin and cisplatin. It has cytotoxic activity in human ovarian tumors. The administration of either nedaplatin or cisplatin prior to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) induced severe body weight loss and the death of the Lewis lung carcinoma-bearing mice when high-dose of nedaplatin or cisplatin was administered.
