Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) with Tween 20 formulated to be used as a wash buffer for ELISA.
1x PBST contains:
3.2mM Na₂HPO₄
0.5mM KH₂PO₄
1.3mM KCl, 137mM NaCl
0.05% Tween 20
pH 7.4.

Directions for Use:

Dilute Phosphate Buffered Saline with Tween 20 (PBST – 10X or PBST – 20x) to a 1X solution using ddH2O.

Storage Conditions:

TBS5011-1 – Supplied as a 1X solution, 1000mL
TBS5011-10 – Supplied as a 10X solution, 1000mL.
TBS5011-20 – Supplied as a 20X solution, 1000mL.
Store at room temperature.
