Description
PPP1CB monoclonal Antibody | MB0026 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Mouse
Reactivity: Human,Mouse
Application: WB
Application Range: WB: 1:1000
Background: Protein phosphatase (PP1) is essential for cell division, it participates in the regulation of glycogen metabolism, muscle contractility and protein synthesis. Involved in regulation of ionic conductances and long-term synaptic plasticity. Component of the PTW/PP1 phosphatase complex, which plays a role in the control of chromatin structure and cell cycle progression during the transition from mitosis into interphase.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: This Antibody detects endogenous levels of PPP1CB and does not cross-react with related proteins
Molecular Weight: Predicted band size:37KDa Observed band size:37KDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase PP1-beta catalytic subunit; PP-1B; PPP1CD; PPP1CB
Immunogen: Recombinant full length Human PPP1CB.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
Pathway: Cell Cycle Control G1 S Checkpoint,
