Recombinant Human Fc gamma RIIB /CD32b Protein is produced by mammalian expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Ala194) of human B7-H5 (Accession #Q9H7M9) fused with a 6xHis tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Immobilized Human B7H5 at 0.5ug/mL (100uL/well), dose response curve for Anti-B7H5 Ab with the EC₅₀ of 34.2ng/mL determined by ELISA.
