Recombinant Human CEACAM6 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Lys35-Gly320) of human CEACAM6 (Accession #NP_002474.3) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human CEACAM6 at 2 ug/mL (100uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CEACAM8 with a linear range of 0.1-0.4 ug/mL.
