Recombinant human PCSK9 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln31-Gln692) of human PCSK9 (Accession #NP_777596.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human LDL-R at 3 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Human PCSK9 with a linear range of 0.5-2ug/mL.
