Recombinant Human ST2 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Lys19-Phe328) of human ST2 (Accession #NP_003847.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human IL33, No Tag at 10ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human ST2,His Tag with a linear range of 1.41-5.64ug/mL.
