Recombinant Mouse CD86/B7-2 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Val24-Glu245) of mouse CD86/B7-2 (Accession #NP_062261.3) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Mouse CD86 at 2 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CTLA-4 with a linear range of 8-35 ng/mL.
