Recombinant Mouse TNFR1/CD120a/TNFRSF1A Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Ala212) of mouse TNFR1/CD120a/TNFRSF1A (Accession #NP_035739.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Mouse TNFR1 at 2ug/mL (100uL/well) can bind Recombinant Mouse TNF-alpha with a linear range of 0.096-4.5 ng/mL.
