RPL13A CRISPR Stable HEK293T Cell Line | T6246

Human Ribosomal Protein L13A (RPL13A) was integrated into a specific genomic loci using CRISPR/Cas9 in HEK293T cells. The transgene is driven by endogenous promoters to ensure consistent and predicitable expression of RPL13A. A protein quatification reporter (PQR) was incorporated bwtween the endogenous and RPL13A genes. The PQR allows equimolar production of the endogenous protein, the recombinant protein, and a fluorescent reporter. As a result, expression levels of both the endogenous and recombinant proteins can be continuously monitored using fluorescence.
