Additional Information: The RPL2 protein is a small protein that should be best analysed using 14% SDS PAGE as described by Schägger (2006, Nature Protocols, 1, 16-20) .Following sucrose gradient centrifugation of maize chloroplasts this antibody detects two bands that are very similar in size.
