Description
Semaphorin 5A Antibody | 46-349 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Goat
Reactivity: Human
Homology: Expected Species Reactivity based on sequence homology: Mouse, Rat, Dog, Cow
Immunogen: The immunogen for this antibody is: DEATKKACYSKGKS
Research Area: Cancer
Tested Application: E, IHC
Application: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 90kDa in Mouse Brain lysates and approx 25kDa band in Human Brain (Cerebellum) , Colon, Heart and Kidney lysates after 0.03ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the calculated size of 121kDa according to NP_003957.1. The 90kDa and 25kDa band were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows membanous and vesicular staining in PCT cells. Recommended concentration: 4-6ug/ml.
Specificiy: The immunizing peptide corresponds to a part of the extracellular domain.
