SMS polyclonal Antibody | BS71491 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000
Background: This gene encodes a protein belonging to the spermidine/spermin synthase family. Pseudogenes of this gene are located on chromosomes 1, 5, 6 and X. Mutations in this gene are associated with X-linked Snyder-Robinson mental retardation syndrome. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
