Description
SNX7 polyclonal Antibody | BS71877 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000
Background: This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein does not contain a coiled coil region like some family members, and its exact function is unknown. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A related pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 11.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: SNX7 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of SNX7 protein.
Molecular Weight: 45kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: N/A
Immunogen: Recombinant protein of human SNX7
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
