Description: TCS-1102 is a potent, brain-permeable dual orexin receptor antagonist (Ki values are 0.2 and 3 nM for OX2 and OX1 receptors respectively. It is a poor substrate for P-glycoprotein and, as a result, demonstrates good brain penetration when administered intraperitoneally. TCS-1102 promotes sleep and prevent drug-induced plasticity and drug relapse.
