Description
Tensin 1 (Phospho-Y1326) polyclonal Antibody | BS62609 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Rat,Mouse
Application: WB
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:1000
Background: The protein encoded by this gene localizes to focal adhesions, regions of the plasma membrane where the cell attaches to the extracellular matrix. This protein crosslinks actin filaments and contains a Src homology 2 (SH2) domain, which is often found in molecules involved in signal transduction. This protein is a substrate of calpain II. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: Tensin 1 (Phospho-Y1326) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Tensin 1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1326.
Molecular Weight: ~ 200 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Tensin-1; TNS1; TNS
Immunogen: Synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Tensin 1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 1326.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Phosphorylation
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
