The Tribo™ ESC/iPSC-qualified Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) is heat-inactivated and can be used for mouse embryonic stem cells (ESC), induced pluripotent cells (iPSC), and adult stem cells. This product has been tested and can be used for reprogramming mouse fibroblast to iPSCs, for maintaining ESC/iPSC in an undifferentiated status, and for germline transmission of mouse ESC/iPSC. The product can also be used for culturing the other mammalian cells such as primary cells and many other cell lines.
