Ultra Rainbow Fluorescent Particles ~3.8µm | BLI610A-1

We ordered the Ultra Rainbow Fluorescent Particles from Gentaur. The arrived very fast after 1 week. We need microspheres that are labeled with fluorophores for exciting at wavelengths between 365nm to 650nm. For testing we used only one drop (50μl) of particle suspension, which is equivalent to about 100 000 particles. These Flow Cytometry Standards are quiet large 7-9μm in diameter to be compared with the size of human lymphocytes. for BD Flow Cytometry QC
