This real-time RT-PCR multiplex assay enables fast and reliable detection of two targets on the N-gene of the SARS-CoV-2. The kit also includes an MS2 extraction control to confirm the successful extraction of the viral particles as well as the absence of inhibition in the PCR.The kit is not intended for clinical diagnostics and should therefore be regarded as “For Research Use Only”.
