Description
Human HerpatoCellular Carcinoma (HCC-1) was first isolated from the hemofiltrate of patients with chronic renal failure. HCC-1 has a 46% amino acid sequence identity with MIP-1 /MIP-1 and 29%-37% homology with other CC chemokines. The human HCC-1 is an 8.4 kDa protein containing 72 amino acid residues.
