Description
HNHA is an inhibitor of Histone deacetylase (HDAC). It inhibited proliferation of HT1080 human fibrosarcoma cells with an IC₅₀ of 7.5 μM. It induced hyperacetylation, upregulation of p21 transcription and cell cycle arrest. It inhibited the growth of tumor tissue in a mouse model.
