Description
IQA is an indoloquinazoline derivative that acts as a selective and reversible casein kinase (CK2) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 390 nM with 100 µM ATP. It inhibits CK2 in an ATP- and GTP-competitive manner (Ki is 0.17 and 0.21 µM, respectively). It induces apoptosis in different tumor derived cell lines.
