Description
ML-210 is a selective and covalent inhibitor of glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4). ML-210 binds the GPX4 selenocysteine residue. It reduces viability of mesenchymal-state KP4 cells, an effect that can be blocked by the lipoxygenase inhibitor PD 146176 (Cat. No. B2313). ML-210 displays anti-cancer activity.
