The paraformaldehyde(PFA) Solution in PBS is a high-quality, methanol-free solution formulated in PBS. It has two different concentrations of 4% and 8% solution It can be used for tissue or cell fixative in IHC and ISH and reversible aminecrosslinking agent for protein and nucleic acid tissue samples.

Directions for Use:

The PFA 8% in 2x PBS can be simply dilute 4% working solution with DD-water in equal volume for general histology processing.

Tissue or cell fixation in IHC, ISH processing.
