Description
Selectively inhibits EGF receptor auto-phosphorylation (IC₅₀ = 100 µM) and selectively inhibits DNA synthesis and cell growth; induces apoptosis. A JAK2 inhibitor. Blocks growth of leukemia cells in vivo and in vitro.
Tyrphostin AG490 is a selective inhibitor of EGF receptor auto-phosphorylation (IC₅₀ = 100 µM).
